  • Appointment times are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will receive confirmation and reminders via email or SMS.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Messaging Services

  • By providing your contact information, you agree to receive messages related to appointment times, scheduling, job information, and general customer care.

  • Users will receive messages approximately once a week or as needed based on service updates.

  • Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

  • To opt out of SMS messaging, reply with STOP to any message received from us.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are due as per the agreed terms in your service contract.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

  • Any changes to the project scope must be communicated and approved in advance.

  • Rock Solid Curbs is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions on the property.

6. Liability and Warranties

  • Rock Solid Curbs warrants its workmanship for a specified period, as outlined in the service contract.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by external factors such as weather, improper maintenance, or third-party interference.
