Message Frequency

Message frequency varies but will not exceed 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • Replying YES to an opt-in message

  • Submitting a form with an explicit consent checkbox

  • Confirming consent verbally and replying YES during a call

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt back in by replying START or consenting again through another method.

  • Any damages resulting from misuse of SMS or website services

  • Loss of data transmitted over mobile networks
