SHOWROOM
If you would like to see some sample sections of colors and patterns the Rock Solid Showroom will be open every day 24/7. The showroom is not staffed and is open anytime to our clients during daylight hours. It is located at S66W19526 Tans Drive Muskego UNIT 76. It is located at Muskego Self Storage. The Gate ENTRY CODE IS 2872#. Proceed straight through to unit 76. Open the overhead door and browse around!
COLORS
You should have received a color chart with your estimate but if you didn't one can also be found at our Showroom and on our website at ROCKSOLIDCURBS.COM. Please choose your colors promptly so we can ensure proper material stock for your job.
PATTERNS
On our website under the patterns section you can find a wide variety of patterns that we offer as well as samples in our showroom. If you need any help with your pattern selections please contact us at 262-483-2872 and we can assist with your selection.
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS/DOG FENCES/MISC WIRING
If you have a sprinkler system, dog fence, or any wiring that is not buried deeper than 2" they must be marked prior to installation. Rock Solid Curbs is not responsible for damage to unmarked items. A wire flag or spray paint work best for marking! Items only need to be marked if they are within the curb path.
SCHEDULING
The week prior to your installation week our staff will contact you to let you know your EXACT installation day for that week. You can track your TENTATIVE installation Week by visiting WWW.ROCKSOLIDCURBS.COM and going to the CUSTOMER PORTAL Tab. There will be a calendar icon you can click that will ask for a password. Your PASSWORD is 2872. The online schedule is updated each week with any changes reflecting improvements or delays that may have been caused by weather that are unfortunately out of our control.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN OUR AMAZING CREW ARRIVES
Installation will be complete in one day. Our installation leader will perform a walk through and mark out the curb location with paint the day of installation to ensure the curb location and shape is to your satisfaction. If you will not be home during installation feel free to mark out any lines or contact us with any special instructions. Our team is extremely good at what they do and we are happy to offer suggestions to ensure your project looks great!
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of installation. We accept Check, Cash, or Credit/Debit Cards. A processing fee of 3% is added to all credit card transactions. (I Know.....We hate them too!!)
